Use these calculators to learn more about yourself and some of the activities you can do to improve your health.

  • Calories Burned:  at Home  |  at the Gym  |  playing Sports  |  on the Job
  • These calculators estimate how many calories you burn for various activities depending upon your weight.


  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • The Body Mass Index calculates a healthy weight range for adults based on weight in relation to height. The BMI is not intended for children - use the Height-Weight Charts instead.


  • Waist-to-Hip Ratio (WHR)
  • Are you pear-shaped? (good) or more like an apple? (not so good). The Waist-to-Hip Ratio (WHR) measures the proportion of body fat stored around your waist and hip.


  • Daily Calorie Requirements
  • Find out how many calories you need to maintain your current weight.


  • Target Heart Rate
  • How hard should you be working out? Target Heart Rate tells you how much is enough (but not too much).
