Psychological factors, environment, social support, self efficacy, exercise experience and perceived barriers are just a handful of the variables that may need to be addressed during your quest for a healthier, fitter body. Armed with research, health behavior change strategies, life experience, goal setting and a well-thought out plan, we will identify problematic thinking, change your self-talk and develop positive, healthy habits. It takes time, commitment and plenty of hard work, but losing weight and keeping it off is not impossible, and it is well worth the journey.
Family Fitness
The family that works out together, gets fit together. Family-focused personal training is similar to group training in format. Each family member receives an individual program and his/her progress is tracked carefully, just like private training. However, there is one big difference: with family fitness, the whole family is coached on working together as a team; we discuss overcoming barriers to fitness and time management skills – key steps in altering your lifestyle. Healthier cooking techniques and information on proper nutrition are also part of the plan. Various packages are available.
